Our Surfa Slick Yellow Fiberglass Serrated Safety Lute comes with an 8.5' Yellow Safety Handle (1 ¼” diameter) and is one of our recommended Road Builder and Utility Series tools. This Magnesium asphalt lute comes with a Yellow Higher Visibility Fiberglass handle and is safety tested to a conductivity breakdown point of 58.9 kilovolts. This lute is offered with two magnesium lute bar styles either serrated on one edge or plain bar (plain on both sides). The preferred T Adaptor joins the lute bar to the yellow fiberglass handle firmly and has less play than alternative brace models. The Magnesium Bar is what makes it lighter than aluminum.
