This Aluminum Concrete Straightedge is known as a "two by four" Aluminum Concrete Float but the actual size is 1-1/2" x 3-1/2". I am not sure why the common speak is not the same as the actual size with these aluminum concrete floats and with wooden "two by fours" but that is the way it is. These Concrete finishing tools are made with quality in the USA. These Straight edge cement tools are free from curves and they check the straightness of the lines and are as straight as they come with only a slight tolerance of 1/16" for a 10 foot length.
Wood or metal tools for concrete can be used to straighten or flatten the cement. This tool is commonly known as an aluminum alloy "two by four" concrete float and it is heat treated. The actual size of the straightedge tool is 1 ½ x 3 ½ x 10' if you select the 10 footer. You may select from various sizes.
Actual size is 1 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 10', duplicating the exact size and "feel" of a wooden "two by four".
